The site comprises Governor Phillip Tower and Government Macquarie Tower.
Our role on this project is to document and supervise the complete replacement of the building management and controls system, central chiller plant and domestic hot water plant amongst other things such as making the tenant condenser water systems pressure controlled rather than constant flow.
