The building comprises 54 levels and 64,000m² of NLA. The building has achieved GBCA 6 Star Green Star Design and As Built rating for Office V2. The building was completed in March 2012.

Our role on this project was as an Independent Commissioning Agent to satisfy the Green Star requirements as well as to undertake Commissioning Management for the complimentary building services not covered by Green Star.

The building includes a tri-generation system with absorption chillers able to operate in parallel or in series with the electric chillers. The air systems comprised floor-by-floor Air Handling Units with dual zone (heating and cooling) VAV boxes as well as floor-by-floor zoned smoked control.
