This building comprises multiple residential towers (5), a retail precinct, and multi-level underground car park. 

The project is aiming to achieve retail, multi-unit residential and precinct 5 star Greenstar design and as built certification.

Features include a central district chilled water and heating hot water system serving all buildings from a central energy facility. The role on this project was is an independent commissioning agent and commissioning management.
