The project construction cost was around $70,000,000 with the offices comprising 2,900m² and the warehouse comprising 37,000m² under a single roof.

The offices were air conditioning using central plant and VAV systems. The warehouse was mechanically ventilated and had unique supply air and extract systems to ensure maximum air movement in the storage rack aisles and at specialist pick and place areas.
